Tilal City is a first-of-its-kind mixed use development in Sharjah that offers the unique opportunity to purchase or lease land and build property within the emirate. Tilal city offers Freehold land plots for GCC and Arab Nationals who are resident in the UAE and 100 year leasehold (all other nationalities).
