FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai combines state-of-the-art architecture with a pioneering design that complements its iconic destination. The amphitheater-inspired design brings to life the hotel’s concept of theatre while its elegant, sumptuous interiors and lush landscaping enhance its beachfront location.
FIVE worked closely with P&T Architects and Engineers to create a hotel and residence that is unique and unforgettable. We placed a strong focus on its show-stopping elements – the DNA glass cube, terrace gardens, and high-rise ballroom – which not only differentiate the property but ensure it caters to both business and leisure travelers.
The 221 signature FIVE Residences are located in identical wings on each side of the hotel and along with the plot, boundary to maximize indoor and outdoor living. Each two, three, and four-bedroom property boasts a private landscape terrace and swimming pools with views across the Arabian Sea.
Designed by Yabu Pushelberg and Nao Taniyama & Associates, the hotel’s interiors feature a calming palette of neutral colors working in harmony alongside teal and brushed bronze finishes. Contemporary furniture and rich fabrics similarly contrast with Greek and Italian marbled bathrooms that include mosaic tiling and bronze sculptured standalone bathtubs.
